Terms and Conditions – Marketing Services (Credit Card Payments)

By completing your payment, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions with Gino Group / Productions (“Company,” “we,” or “us”).

1. Services
We provide marketing and related services as described on our website or in your service agreement. Specific deliverables and timelines may vary depending on the package or project selected.

2. Payment
   •    All payments must be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
   •    Payment is required in full before services begin, unless otherwise agreed.

   •    By providing your card details, you authorize us to charge your card for the total amount shown at checkout, including any recurring or subscription payments if applicable.


3. Refunds and Disputes
   •    All sales are final once services have begun or materials have been delivered.

   •    Because marketing work involves time, strategy, and third-party costs, refunds are generally not available once a project is underway.

   •    Please contact us first if you have any billing concerns before requesting a chargeback through your bank or card provider.


4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide all necessary information, materials, and approvals needed for us to complete your marketing services. Delays in providing materials may affect delivery timelines.

5. Results and Liability
We do not guarantee specific results (such as sales or leads) from our marketing services. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

6. Ownership of Work
All creative work remains our property until full payment is received. Once paid in full, you may use the final deliverables for your business purposes.

7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared during the project.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bermuda. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of this jurisdiction.
